Warranty and Returns

WARRANTY:

For 12 months after the date of purchase, we take care of all quality related issues with a replacement or full refund. Reminder: be sure to use your product as directed.

RETURN POLICY:

If you would like to return your product for a refund, please review the Return Policy below to ensure all of the conditions are met. 

Product purchased from maniaqo may only be returned under one of the following scenarios:

Unopened items in original condition as shipped*. Return must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Wrong item shipped / does not match what was shown on the website. Return must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Opened, non-defective items with no damage or significant signs of use. Must be requested within 30 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee will apply.

All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Free returns on all orders within 30 days of delivery.

Refund Processing:
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return is approved, we will refund the original method of payment. You should receive the refund within 2-7 business days. Returns are subject to restocking fees and return shipping fees as outlined above.
